workout. Use drag, buoyancy and/or flotation equipment to stabilize
and challenge core muscles.
Water Works
This shallow-water class is a challenge for all levels, full of movement and music. The use of flotation and "drag" equipment adds resistance for a cardiovascular and strength workout.
Lap Swimming
Available throughout the day at the main pool, except when classes in session.
