Barbie Boules, RDN is a registered dietitian, certified health coach, and meditation teacher with 20+years of experience, specializing in the unique needs of women over 40. In her practice she works as a private coach, community educator, passionate speaker, popular corporate wellness programmer, and respected dietetic intern preceptor. She’s had the privilege of guiding thousands of women around the country on their journey to better health, and creating vibrant corporate wellness programming for over 100 companies around the world.
Barbie takes an evidence-based, whole person approach, emphasizing nourishing foods, quality sleep, daily movement, and developing solid stress skills. She’s passionate about a mindful approach to healthy aging, prioritizing cognitive and cardiometabolic fitness, and Alzheimer’s disease prevention.
