August is Family month at Rancho La Puerta.

The lazy days of Summer’s are here and we kick off the month with a special Family week followed by weeks with fun programs to help you be a better you; for yourself, your family and your friends.


July 30 – August 6

Jody Miller is a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist who provides personal and post-rehabilitative exercise training, nutrition and wellness coaching. Jody’s medical fitness-wellness practice, Women’s Health & Support Services emphasizes nutrition, exercise, self care (sleep, stress and medical health) and emotional wellness for a comprehensive and compassionate approach to long term health.

Johnna Dietz is a certified nutritionist and brings her three-fold approach of basic education, body awareness and lifestyle habits to The Ranch to help guest eliminate excess weight, managing thier food sensitivities, easing migraines, digestive discomfort and other dietary-related symptoms.[/ezcol_3quarter_end]
