Yoga | Rachel Krentzman
Straighten up with Rachel Krentzman as she brings her experience as a physical therapist to lead you on the yoga mat with two distinct classes. In one class, Purna Yoga, she’ll teach her complete approach to alignment-based poses along with breath and strength work for a healthy spine. In the second class, Rachel will focus on poses that will help align your spine and relieve tension. More.
Food as Medicine | Lindsay Sherry
Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Health Coach Lindsay Sherry will teach four classes on eating to live a well-balanced life and better yourself. Learn about reducing oxidative stress, tried and true ways to manage stress, overcoming addiction to sugar, and Lindsay’s top 10 tips for a healthier, stronger, and more motivated you. More.
