YOGA STRETCH SCULPTURE “SARAH”

TECHNIQUE: Bronze

This sculpture was created by Victor Hugo about 15 years ago at The Ranch by a request of Deborah Szekely.

During a visit Victor was taking a long walk through the Ranch’s gardens and noticed one of our yoga instructors doing a forward seated stretch pose on the grass. This was the inspiration for this sculpture. The name of the yoga instructor is Sarah Bell, she continued posing throughout the week for this sculpture to be completed.

The simplicity and splendor that come from these moments at The Ranch are an inspiration to all of us.
