Making Sense of Mindfulness: An Introduction
We are living in a time of increased speed and increased anxiety. The average person checks their cell phone 110 times per day. We are busier than we have ever been and for many, we have lost our connection to what really matters. In this introductory session, Keith Macpherson will offer perspectives and suggestions on how to connect back to the power of the present moment when we have lost our way. In this introductory session, come to discover the foundation of a mindfulness practice.
Everything Begins As an Inner Dream
We spend approximately 1/3 of our life in dream time, yet many of us don’t realize the power of this state. There are direct correlations between our power to dream and the practice of mindfulness. In this session, Keith Macpherson will reveal the first principle in his Making Sense of Mindfulness framework and will guide you through some powerful exercises to begin to understand the power of our imagination and mind.
Expose the Saboteur
During our lives, we come up against many road blocks and stuck points. These moments can produce great stress and anxiety in both our mind and body. In this session Keith Macpherson will offer a specific mindfulness practice to assist in dealing with the stress in our lives. Expect to come away from this session feeling empowered and motivated to live more conscious and free.
Open Your Mind
