Culinary Classes

All guests have the option of taking cooking classes, enjoying a Chefs Dinner, or exploring Cacoa in Mexican culture at our Culinary Center La Cocina Que Canta. Advanced sign up is required for all three experiences.

  • La Cocina Hands On Dinner Cooking Class: Tuesday and Wednesday, $145
  • Guest Chef´s Wine Pairing Dinner, Thursday, $150
  • Chef Reyna´s Hands On Divino Cacao Journey: Exploring Mexican Chocolate, Friday, $90

Hands on Class and Chocolate Class are limited to 14 guests.
Chefs Dinners are limited to 30 guests

Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment will be arranged while you are at the Ranch. Mexican IVA tax is included in price. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please wear closed-toe shoes to Hands-on classes; you will be working with sharp chef’s knives. Transportation is provided to and from La Cocina Que Canta.

Guest Chefs Wine Pairing Dinner

Indulge in a collaborative dinner with wine pairings at La Cocina Que Canta with our visiting Chef and Executive Chef Reyna Venegas along with her team.
Thursday at 4:45 p.m.

Price $150 USD per person
