Culinary Classes

Guests have the option of taking one or more cooking classes, (you’ll still be able to participate in all other Ranch activities, depending on your schedule):

  • La Cocina Hands-On Dinner Cooking Class $145
  • Guest Chef’s Wine Pairing Dinner with Wine Pairing $150
  • Salsa & Salsa with Reyna Venegas and Manuel Velázquez $100
  • Valle de Guadalupe Wine and Botanical Garden Tour $290

Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. The hands-on class is limited to 14 guests. Payment will be arranged while you are at the Ranch. Mexican IVA tax is included in the price. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please wear closed-toe shoes to Hands-on classes; you will be working with sharp chef’s knives. Classes are subject to date changes. Your schedule will be provided upon arrival.

Price $290 USD per person

Guest Chefs Wine Pairing Dinner

Indulge in a collaborative dinner with wine pairings at La Cocina Que Canta with our visiting Chef and Executive Chef Reyna Venegas along with her team.
Thursday at 4:45 p.m.

Price $150 USD per person
