Cooking

Guests have the option of taking one or more cooking class, (you’ll still be able to participate in all other Ranch activities, depending on your schedule):

  • La Cocina Hands On Cooking Class $125 + Tax
  • Bean to Bar – Chocolate Class $69 + Tax

Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Demo class limited to ten guests. Payment will be arranged while you are at the Ranch. Mexican IVA tax will be added. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please wear closed-toe shoes to Hands-on classes; you will be working with sharp chef’s knives.

Bean to Bar - Chocolate Class

Classes are led by Diego Ceballos, “Maestro Chocolatero,” who has been a chocolate maker for over ten years. He has worked in Venezuela at Cacao de Origen, in Tokyo at Green Bean to Bar, and in Paris at Chocolat Chapon.
