Week of May 2, 2026

AGING STRONG

Age strong at any age. This is a progressive series of classes focusing on movement quality, quantity and specificity for longevity and optimal performance. Each participant will receive personalized coaching using my method of Assessment and Activation, Integration, Reaction and Recovery for a overall health and functional strength. Experience immediate changes in range of motion, balance, mobility, stability and coordination. Balls, bands, foam rollers and other equipment are used as perfect tools to create awareness, make connections and provide overload for progressions. Enjoy a week of change that will last a lifetime.

The Schedule of Classes:

Sunday – AGING STRONG Assessment and Activation. Learn techniques to inspire muscle recruitment getting the weaker muscles to engage. Dig into movement quality experiencing the simple truth that more isn’t better until better is better!

Monday – AGING STRONG Muscle and Movement Integration. Connect our improved muscle activation to a global movement system of integration for efficiency, correcting and creating a perfect balance of stability and mobility combined. Progress to increasing force and velocity changes for strength and motor development.

Tuesday – AGING STRONG Reactive Training. Now that the body is performing with more control, strength, range of motion and efficiency, start to impose increasing demands on the nervous system using different orientations in space, multiplanar movements, and changing lines of force and pull. We will introduce unstable surfaces and loads to challenge and improve overall functional strength for sport, life and health related goals and drivers.

Wednesday – AGING STRONG Recovery Strategies. Regeneration tools will allow the body, brain and nervous system to replenish, learn and grow, after having imposed new, complex progressive intensity to come back stronger. Enjoy breathwork, flexibility, and rolling myofascial techniques to build recovery and enhance positive changes overall.

Thursday – AGING STRONG Circuit. Experience a class incorporating all the progressive activation, Integration and Reactive exercises in a 3 round circuit class. Each round builds to challenge and inspire success and movement quality and performance.

Friday – AGING STRONG Yoga. Learn how integration of yoga and functional training can be turn into movement therapy. Experience how certain yoga postures and poses can be attainable by turning imbalances into symmetry and let’s start using the principles of Aging Strong to build movement intelligence together.
