ATHLETIC LONGEVITY
Recovery + Mind-Body Movement for a Stronger, More Capable Life
Train. Move. Recover. Repeat.
Athletic longevity is about creating a body that is strong, mobile, resilient, and ready for whatever comes next. These sessions combine Pilates, yoga, mobility, breath, and myofascial recovery techniques to help athletes and active adults move with greater awareness, recover with intention, and continue doing the activities they love.

MAT PILATES FOR ATHLETES
Build Your Powerhouse. Move With Confidence.
A strong, balanced core and mobile spine are essential for athletic performance and lifelong movement. In this dynamic Mat Pilates session, explore the spine through flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion while building strength, stability, and body awareness.

Designed for athletes and active adults of all levels, this class connects core strength with functional movement to support performance, mobility, and longevity. Whether you’re a pickleball player, runner, golfer, powerlifter, or weekend warrior, discover how Pilates can help you move stronger and stay active longer.

No Pilates experience required.

REFORMER PILATES FOR ATHLETES
Strength. Mobility. Joint Support. Longevity.
Discover how the Pilates Reformer can become a powerful tool for athletic longevity. This session explores how resistance-based movement can help athletes build strength, improve range of motion, enhance body awareness, and support joint health.

Experience movement patterns that can complement a wide variety of sports while helping you develop a stronger, more balanced body. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, learn how the Reformer can help you move better, recover smarter, and continue performing at your best.

Previous Reformer experience required.

HIPSTER YOGA
Happy Hips. Better Movement.
Tight hips can affect everything from athletic performance to everyday movement. Hipster Yoga is a 60-minute practice combining yoga poses, athletic stretches, and mindful movement designed to create greater freedom and flexibility through the hips.

This restorative yet purposeful practice takes a self-care approach to mobility, helping participants release tension, improve movement quality, and reconnect with their bodies. Whether you’re training hard, sitting all day, or simply looking for happier hips, this session is an opportunity to move with greater freedom and finish feeling refreshed.

ALL GAIN, NO PAIN: ATHLETIC FOAM ROLLING
Recover Smarter. Move Better.
Foam rolling doesn’t have to hurt to be effective. Discover a more informed and practical approach to self-myofascial release designed to support mobility, recovery, and overall movement quality.

This hands-on session explores how and when to incorporate foam rolling into an athlete’s weekly recovery routine. Learn practical techniques and the “why” behind them so you can confidently incorporate rolling as a regular part of your training and wellness strategy—not simply something you reach for when you’re already feeling tight.

Walk away with tools you can use immediately to support recovery and athletic longevity.

ATHLETIC STRETCH YOGA with Doris Thews
Reset. Recover. Reconnect.
Experience a unique mind-body recovery practice designed to complement every body, age, and ability. This total-body session combines athletic stretching, breathwork, myofascial release, assisted therapeutic-style stretches, and meditation to create a deeper recovery experience.

Rather than simply stretching the body, this practice encourages you to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what your body needs. The result is a reset for both mind and body that can support mobility, recovery, performance, and a more sustainable active lifestyle.

Leave feeling longer, lighter, more connected, and ready for what comes next.
