Coming Home to Yourself with Jeannie DuBose
Week of October 3, 2026
Coming Home to Yourself
Come home to yourself by clarifying what hydrates your spirit and nourishes your deepest desires. Through rich content, reflective exercises, and a healthy dose of humor, you’ll be invited to dig into the rich soil of your own experience and emerge with strategies for living in alignment with your genuine self, techniques for finding comfort during life’s inevitable challenges, and methods for maintaining clarity on what brings you a sense of joy and meaning.
Moving From Role to Soul
How can you live from the truth of who you were born to be instead of who you’ve been told to be? You’ll be invited to reflect on meaningful moments in your life and to identify what is life-giving, as well as what is life-draining. The content from these reflections provides the seeds for how to engage your life with expanded energy and authenticity.
Portals to Wonder and Awe
Discover the activities, habits and circumstances which invite your heart to soften and see yourself, others, and the world through a lens of gratitude, wonder, and awe. We’ll explore this topic playfully and reverentially with the complement of images, music, and reflection.
Embracing Midlife and Beyond
For those in midlife, there are often seasons of tremendous change which can challenge our sense of equilibrium: long-held roles morph, careers crest and change, the full nest becomes empty. We will explore some of the conflicting emotions which can emerge at this stage, including joy, grief, confusion, unexpected energy, and a deep desire to connect with our most authentic selves. Listen, learn, and laugh as we consider strategies for how to make this phase of our lives the most generative and satisfying yet.
Intimacy: Love’s Journey
Explore how to enjoy the fruits of intimacy while managing the inevitable challenges which accompany any long-term relationship. Jeannie shares insights from her personal story with her husband as an invitation for you to reflect on meaningful moments in your own relationships. It is through our closest relationships that we are offered the lessons we need in order to grow — though it might be challenging, it is fertile ground for coming home to yourself!
