Setting intentions to self-calm and regulate through mind-body awareness and manifest better sleep; our single best investment in a healthier, happier life! Heightened awareness of our self-calming and evening rituals helps us explore ways to create a more ideal sleep environment, and integrate the senses to foster better sleep habits. Through guided meditation and body awareness exercises, guests will achieve deeper relaxation, leaving refreshed and inspired.

This collaborative, fun-loving experience explores the cultural and communal influences on communication, offering dynamic ways to enhance connection and relational health. Through amusing exchanges leading to rich discussions, we uncover long-lasting insights which can inform and enrich our relationships.

Using collage and mixed media we create vision boards – personal, visual representations of the deepest aspirations we seek to manifest. This transformative technique sheds new light on the path we want to chart in all aspects of our lives for our most fulfilling future. It is a fun and elucidating experience, great for men and women, young and old alike. (No artistic experience necessary)
IF IT’S NOT ONE THING, IT’S MY MOTHER – The Mother Daughter Dance – Living, Loving, and Learning
This interactive workshop explores the dynamics of the mother-daughter relationship in manifold ways. Through collaborative dialogue, interactive exercises and individual journaling we gain a better understanding of the tapestry this bond weaves throughout all aspects of our lives, fostering individual and collective growth as a community of women.

Join us to explore the wisdom of your body, weaving together practices from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing. This workshop turns somatic insights into daily applications for sustainable lasting change.
Dr. Bonnie Goldstein is a psychologist, educator and author who has been part of the RLP community for two decades, offering innovative and engaging programs that promote wellbeing and foster meaningful connections among guests. As founder and director of the Lifespan Psychological Center in Los Angeles, she blends traditional psychotherapy with progressive somatic and mindfulness practices to facilitate connection and deep relational healing. She is part of the faculty at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute, collaboratively developing and teaching a series of workshops for mental health professionals addressing trauma, developmental issues and family therapy. She has published numerous professional articles, co-edited three professional books and co-authored a forthcoming book with Dr. Pat Ogden, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents and Families (November, 2026).
Loren Judaken studied both Interpersonal Communication and Environmental and Interior Design at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She incorporates creativity into her exploration of the effects of psychological, sociological, and environmental conditions on individuals and relationships. Loren specializes in leading workshops to empower and inspire people, and help them design the life they most want to live especially through creative expression. Her personal creative endeavors include sculpting, collaging and writing, especially poetry. She has been published in numerous books, magazines and online, and has spoken extensively within the non-profit and wellness communities, as well as doing live poetry readings at the Wallis and Greenway Court Theaters in Los Angeles.
