Your Ranch Inspired 10-Minute Workout
No Equipment. No Excuses. Just Movement, Presence, and You.
Movement is still within reach, whether on a business trip, vacation, or simply waking up in a small space. Your wellness journey doesn’t pause when you travel. It adapts. This 10-minute workout makes it easy. Because consistent movement, no matter how small, is one of the most powerful habits for lasting vitality and longevity.
Inspired by the strength, flow, and mindfulness of our daily classes, this routine requires no equipment, gym, or perfect setting. It just needs you, a little floor space, and an intention to move.

Minute 1: Ground & Breathe
•Repeat for 60 seconds to center yourself.
•Stand tall, feet hip-width apart.
•Inhale through the nose, raise arms overhead.
•Exhale through the mouth, and arms float down.

Minutes 2-3: Wake Up the Core
•Repeat for a total of two minutes
•30 sec: Standing knee lifts (engage your abs with every lift)
•30 sec: Gentle standing twists (twist at the waist, arms loose)

Minutes 4-5: Full Body Activation
•Repeat for a total of two minutes
•30 sec: Modified squats (go slow, focus on control)
•30 sec: Forward lunges (use a wall for balance if needed)

Minute 6: Heart Lift
•Option to pick up the pace for a light cardio boost.
•60 sec: March in place or step-tap with arm reaches

Minutes 7-8: Strength Flow
•Repeat both for a second minute.
•30 sec: Wall push-ups or countertop push-ups
•30 sec: Chair or wall sits

Minute 9: Stretch & Reset
•Roll your shoulders back and down
•Reach to the sky, then fold forward (soft knees)
•Hold a gentle standing quad stretch, then switch sides

Minute 10: Presence Pause
•Remind yourself: movement is a gift, not a chore
•Close your eyes, place a hand on your heart
•Inhale ease, exhale tension
