At The Ranch, movement shows up everywhere—across our 40 miles of groomed hiking trails, three major pools, seven gyms, and more than 40 fitness and wellness classes offered daily. With so many ways to stay active, our instructors and their classes provide the perfect starting point for guests looking to dive in and make the most of everything The Ranch has to offer.

Of course, a great place to start is with Hazel’s yoga classes. Level 1 builds on the basics with thoughtful options for challenge, making it a supportive space for beginners, those working around injuries, and experienced students seeking a slower, well-aligned practice.

Alejandro’s Cardio Drum class is all about getting out of your head and into the beat, and no perfection is required. You can even skip a beat if you want. Just show up, move your body, and let the rhythm do the rest.

With Manuel Velazquez, Tai Chi becomes a gentle invitation to slow down. A grounding, flowing practice that builds balance, mobility, and calm through intentional movement. Steady body. Clear mind. Quiet strength.
