Caitlin Dow, PhD, is a nutrition scientist and science writer at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a consumer food and health watchdog group based in Washington, DC. Caitlin received her doctorate in nutrition sciences from the University of Arizona and completed her postdoctoral training in vascular biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
