D’ana Baptiste has a message, it is to find one’s own way in the big “mind-body” world. As a guest fitness instructor in our yoga and mindfulness program she has over 30 years experience teaching and influencing the yoga industry. D’ana manages and organizes workshops and retreats around the country and in Mexico. She has written three books about the Yoga Sutras and about how yogic principles support real life.

Join her in this meditation that’s a wonderful way to greet the morning and set your intentions for the day. Through this exercise, she helps you come back to your intuition and the intelligence of your body.
