Set Your Return Home Intention

Spend 45 minutes at the end of your visit reflecting on the gifts or experiences you gained from your stay that you want to integrate into your life at home. We do some light journaling and gain clarity on how to do it: easily, kindly, lovingly, and honestly.

You will also write your future self a love note that is super fun to receive at home! This time is worth it for first time and return guests, even if it means bringing your Friday lunch cookie along with you!
