You don’t need to be headed to a big overstuffed chair and pedicure for the Perfect Peppermint Pedicure Plunge. This relaxing foot soak is perfect for tired feet. I like it after hiking since the benefit can be felt all over my body. This soak is a great way to start the day and can also be used as a mid-day refresher. Combine four ounces of finely ground oatmeal, four ounces of rice milk powder, and four drops of peppermint essential oil in a small muslin bag and secure the top. Place the bag in a foot basin and pour hot water over it, and let it steep for several minutes. Place your feet in the basin and add warm water to come up over the ankles.
