Diego Ceballos, Kajkab’s “Maestro Chocolatero,” will lead this chocolate experience. Diego has over 10 years of experience as a chocolate maker. He worked at Cacao de Origen in Venezuela, Green Bean-to-Bar in Tokyo, and Chocolat Chapon in Paris.
