Cardio Dance with Kymberly Williams-Evans
Week of October 7, 2023
Focus on fitness and fun in these themed cardio dance classes. While the priority is on low-impact joint-friendly, easy-to-follow workouts, you will shake your groove thing to the sounds and moves of each style. PLUS you’ll experience a delightful, memorable surprise at the end of each class arranged just for you, this week only. While you don’t need any dance background, you will want to bring your best facial expressions and attitude.
Double your dancing fun by also attending each afternoon’s additional cardio classes presented by Rancho la Puerta’s fitness staff. Latin, Hip Hop, Funk and Groove anyone? The Ranch is going all-out this week to unleash the dancer in you. Think you can’t dance? Who cares?! Your heart won’t know if your feet match the teacher’s. The combos are designed for those who want to move comfortably and happily to motivating, energizing music.
Friday Dance Party – Remember reading about a surprise at the end of each class? You also get a surprise to wrap up your dancing week. Enjoy a medley of styles, moves, and teachers as we party together, strut our stuff, and leave sweaty. Just show up and let go!
