Emily Boorstein is a passionate and nurturing guide in the field of personal growth, self-discovery, and emotional resilience. Her mission is to help people live more intentionally, heal deeply, and create lives filled with authenticity, joy, and meaning.
Emily has been working in the transformational coaching field for over two decades, and created the Inner Fitness Program—a practical, soul-centered approach to lasting personal change. This program helps individuals heal old wounds, manage inner critics, face life’s challenges with grace, build healthy, aligned relationships, and manifest the uniquely satisfying and fulfilling life that we all want for ourselves.
In 2012, Emily brought her Inner Fitness Program to Rancho La Puerta, a world-renowned health and wellness resort in Tecate, Mexico. She now curates and manages a year-round Inner Fitness program there, bringing in skilled coaches and therapists to lead weekly workshops.
When she’s not at “The Ranch,” Emily works privately with clients who want move beyond obstacles and limitations to live with more intention, freedom, and love.
