But the opposite also holds true in that the food you eat can also make or break your mood. This is apparent not only in the minutes after you’ve eaten but also over time, as your diet helps to shape your mental health from the inside out.

  • Discover how to increase your “feel good” hormones naturally while working to lower stress and anxiety
  • Identify “trigger foods” and more importantly how to choose the right upgrades for your body

Heal Your Gut, Transform Your Health
One of the most fascinating and exciting recent developments in medicine is our discovery of the importance of gut health, and the role that the trillions of tiny organisms residing in our gut play when it comes to our overall sense of wellbeing.  When healthy, these cells assist in digestion and vitamin absorption which promotes a healthy immune system and overall organ function. But when unhealthy, it can result in conditions like SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), obesity, chronic fatigue, infertility, eczema, colitis, IBD, IBS and so much more! Even chronic constipation is now being identified as a result of an imbalance in bacteria.

In This Workshop Participants Will:

  • Understand how to identify the signs of poor gut health and how to accurately test for dysbiosis in your own system
  • Discover what’s steps you can take STARTING TODAY to boost your own gut health and subsequently your overall wellbeing
  • Learn about the new and exciting research being done in this field that’s changing the face of medicine as we know it
