Harp Concert with Radha Botofasina

Radha Botofasina is a well-known Afro-Cuban American harpist, pianist, music producer and vocalist from Brooklyn, New York. Botofasina was mentored by Alice Coltrane, the wife of jazz legend John Coltrane, and sang background vocals on four of Coltrane’s sacred music albums:Divine Songs, Infinite Chants, Glorious Chants, Sacred Language of Ascension.
Radha has played all over the planet: In the Dominican Republic with members of National Symphony Orchestra in A Peace and Unity concert of her original compositions, 2015. Performed with (ESO) Eternal Soul Orchestra (conducted by Geoff Gallegos) which originates in Los Angeles, 2014. She directed the Universal Consciousness Harp Ensemble consisting of Destiny Muhammad and Brandee Younger in 2011.
Botofasina has released 13 albums and produced many music projects from indigenous music of Zambia, Africa, Andra Pradesh, India, Aboriginal Australian music, Cuban music, spoken word music. She appreciates all music that reflects the roots of a culture.
