My passion is to engage people in the process of self-discovery and inspired living! My role is to be a teacher and guide for those who want to live a more mindful, joyful, and well navigated life. My purpose as a coach is to help my clients and students recognize their true innate value and worthiness, know themselves fully, accept themselves unconditionally, grow their self-confidence, self-esteem, self-respect, and self-love, and live their own vision of a fulfilling life.

Emily studies with The Coach Training Institute and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2001. Her passion for coaching, personal growth and awakening led her to Lucid Living, a transformational coaching model that focuses on personal healing and inspired, conscious and joyous living. The Lucid Living practices accelerated her own spiritual journey beyond what she could have imagined and serves as the foundation of Emily’s Inner Fitness Program and coaching practice today. Emily is a Lucid Living Master Coach, LLMC, and the founder of the Inner Fitness Program, a comprehensive and practical guide for how to make positive changes in yourself and your life. “Inside each and every one of us lies the potential to create and manifest our uniquely personal Great Life Story.”
Emily is a monthly presenter and Life Coach at Rancho La Puerta Health and maintains a telephone and video-based private practice with clients and students from around the world. She lives in Northern California with her husband.
