Inner Fitness Program
Week of May 8, 2021
Is there something you’d love to do but haven’t found the courage? Do you want to give yourself over to the fullest possible experience of living?
Bigger, Better, Braver is a five-step journey to find the answers, beginning with listening to the quiet voice inside that says you want more for your life. Living big is truly its own reward. The “bigger” is your definition and yours alone, a declaration to the Universe you are worthy and ready to take advantage of the great life you’ve been given.
Each of the five lessons offers you tools and a deeper understanding of who you are and what has stood in your way.
Session 1
Why live Bigger? Getting Out of Autopilot
In this session you will learn how to get out of autopilot and live in the present. We enter this world ready to be anything and everything but little by little we shut parts of ourselves down, and as adults we continue to listen to the inner critic who no longer serves us. Think about how much of your life you spend in autopilot. Learn to recognize when you are there and acquire tools to keep you in the moment. When you use your life as your own personal laboratory you will see why things are happening. You will learn E+R=O, the Event plus your Reaction equals your Outcome.
Session 2
Stop Self-Sabotage
Today’s discussion will help you identify your personal cycle of self-sabotage. You will learn to modify your disempowering thoughts and behaviors and recognize the drivers and triggers that keep you staying small and undermine your efforts to move powerfully forward. This will help you jump-start lasting, positive change to living a Bigger Better Braver life.
Session 3
Unconscious Commitments are the Saboteurs of our Dreams
You can stop wondering why your life doesn’t look like you want it to look. The secret is understanding that always get what we are most committed to. When we aren’t getting what we think we want, we need to uncover the outdated early commitment in our subconscious that rules our operating system. In this session, you will be guided to go within to see what beliefs and commitments might be holding you back and what new mindset will support you in creating the dream that is in your heart.
Session 4
Setting Healthy Boundaries Will Set You Free
Are you a people pleaser or conflict avoider? Do you believe self-care is selfish? By avoiding setting healthy boundaries, you chose long-term unhappiness over short-term discomfort. Boundaries are key to feeling more self-love, emotionally whole, and more at peace with yourself and the world. In this session you will learn how to set healthy boundaries.
Session 5
What do you trust? Is it in you and the Universe or in your fears?
If we step beyond our fear and outside our comfort zone—even with the tiniest of steps—we begin to grow into who we’re capable of being. Often, we’re capable of so much more than we realize!
Learn how to bring love to your fears. Open your heart to the afraid part of yourself. Love and nurture that part of you as you would a small child standing in front of you. The more compassion you have for your fears (and your inner child), the better you can calm them. You can cultivate fear as driving forces for change and discover the courage you already have to take bold steps into the future.
