Jean Courtney is a researcher and entrepreneur on a mission to make everyday wellness easy and efficient. All roads led to her first true love…..food.
The two teamed up after a discussion about the toll dementia had taken on each of their families. They have been collaborating on easy, efficient and delicious ways to cook using neuroprotective ingredients and with an emphasis on minimizing inflammation and maximizing brain function.
Their motto is “Your DNA is not always your destiny. Your dinner plate can be your destiny.”
Isabel Cruz and Jean Courtney offer three hands-on culinary experiences, 3.5 hours each, during which you will enjoy preparing your own meal along with fellow cooks. Classes take place at La Cocina Que Canta, our culinary center on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 4pm. For more information and registration, please click here.
