What Your Body Wants to Tell You: The Compelling Science Behind Your Week At The Ranch
We all come to the Ranch with the hope of finding a path to health and well-being. But if you look beyond the beautiful setting and the warm, friendly faces, you’ll find much more than just hope. Every part of your Ranch experience is grounded in science–in the careful, meticulous observation of what allows the human body and mind to thrive. In this presentation, Dr. Jeff Lee will explore how each component of your week can reconnect you to what your body wants and needs.

Macrophotography: The Wondrous World of Tiny Things.
The essence of mindfulness is becoming fully present in the moment. Sometimes, with so many distractions all around us, we find that kind of presence hard to achieve. But at any given moment, there’s a beautiful and fascinating universe within our reach–and it beckons us to look, notice and revel in the here and now.

Using a simple, inexpensive clip-on lens, we’ll turn your cell phone camera into a portal to a magical world. This class is about nature, creativity, mindfulness and delight.

Photo Editing for Dummies With Phones.
These days, everyone carries a powerful computer in their pocket. Did you know we all have a fully-equipped dark room in there, too? In this class, we’ll cover simple, foolproof ways to bring out the best in your cell phone photos, using only the editing tools in your camera app or Google Photos.
