She received her culinary degree in Paris, France and served as the chef at Chateaux in Burgundy and Normandie.
Upon returning to California, Nicole owned one of California’s largest catering companies, catering events like the Academy Awards and the Olympics, and simultaneously manufactured a line of gourmet food products for national concerns like Trader Joe’s, Neiman-Marcus, Larry’s Markets, etc..
Nicole is deeply committed to creating delicious, sustainable foods and for many years utilized her blog, Conscious Feast, to educate and excite readers about the possibilities for delicious, healthy cooking and entertaining. Her books from major publishers include Secrets From a Caterer’s Kitchen and Cooking for Company.
Nicole offers a unique approach to coaching called Recipe for Life.
Chef Nicole Aloni offers two hands-on culinary experiences, 3.5 hours each, during which you will enjoy preparing your own meal along with fellow cooks.
