DeRahn Johnson is a Nutrition Specialist, health coach, and published author based in San Diego, California. He is the owner of Maven Precision Nutrition, a San Diego company that designs custom meal plans tailored to each individual’s unique metabolism. Before entering the health and wellness industry, DeRahn spent 13 years as a software engineer. Throughout his career, he learned the importance of using scientific principles, leading research, accurate measurement, and data analysis to create meaningful and lasting change. But what truly stood out to him was how difficult it was for his colleagues to stay healthy. Motivated to make a real difference, he decided to leave his successful and lucrative software career to dedicate his life to helping others unlock their full, healthiest potential.
