Passport to Travel and Food Journaling

Week of September 28, 2024

When we write about travel or a great meal, we revisit the experience for a second time. When we read what we’ve written, we’re transported again. A well-kept journal is an everlasting free return ticket to places and dishes we’ve savored.  Antonia Allegra and Alison DaRosa will offer tips, exercises and prompts designed to instill your journal with the flavors, vibrancy, and soul-enriching essence of your unique travel/food experiences. You’ll have the option to share your writing with peers in exchange for constructive, supportive comments. Each session will begin with a somatic exercise to center and inspire you. Join any or all three workshops.

Antonia AllegraAntonia Allegra, Toni, is a professional coach dedicated to working with writers. Her background is as a writer, editor, and teacher. She was on the launch team for the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in the Napa Valley, near her home. She was instrumental in the origins of La Cocina que Canta culinary center here at Rancho La Puerta, an experience she treasures.
