Sit Now- Don’t do Anything.
Learning how to just “be” is a struggle for many who are athletic, have busy minds, ADHD or are simply addicted to being productive by checking off out to do list. Let playfulness find its way into your “sit” of the day. This interactive session is filled with effective techniques, specific strategies and step-by-step guidance on how to make the power of mindfulness practical and accessible.
