Her path to a career in fitness began as an 8 year old taking her first ballet class and then never stopping. She received degrees in Dance and Kinesiology from the University of Washington and after a couple of post-graduate years dancing and teaching in New York City, returned home to Seattle. For over 3 decades she has worked and taught classes alongside Kari Anderson as the fitness wave took off in the 80’s, gaining momentum to the present. Vicki is the Group Fitness and Small Group Training Coordinator for The Seattle Gym owned by Kari Anderson. Vicki’s enthusiasm for fitness has led to multiple fitness certifications, allowing her to teach a variety of workout formats. In addition, she is a proud Co-Founder of the Total Body Tabata™Group Fitness Program and Instructor Certfication, a Balletone Master Trainer, and owner of Tailor Made Training, a personal training company. She will be bringing Kari Anderson’s beautiful movement workouts, Reach The Center-Floor and Reach The Barre to the Ranch. These ballet-inspired workouts meld her dance and fitness education to help each individual reach for their bodies best. You truly won’t believe how good you will feel!
