Dr. Steven Katz has been in Chiropractic practice for 40 years, and yoga practice for 45 years. Despite these diversions, he has been running since he was 15 years old…52 years now. Along the way he played minor league baseball and has treated every imaginable non-surgical athletic injury. Having endured numerous injuries himself, he has always found to way to bounce back. Most recently, he achieved All-American status for runners 65-69 years of age by running the mile in just over 6 minutes. Whether on trail, road, or track he runs for the joy of it with a little competition thrown in every once in a while.
