Braided: A Journey of a Thousand Challahs
Dr. Beth Ricanati shares her journey from a stressed physician to making challah, writing a book and now sharing the Challah Practice™ with others.
Challah Practice™ Workshop
Dr. Beth Ricanati will lead us in two Challah Practice workshops where we will not only learn to make this beautiful bread together but also she will simultaneously share the important lessons of the Challah Practice that can help us reinforce healthy living behaviors. These lessons are based on her award-winning book, Braided: A Journey of a Thousand Challahs. The first workshop will be a dough-making workshop; the second workshop will be a braiding workshop and we will serve the finished challahs at dinner on Friday night for the whole community.
