Michele Hébert is a Raja Yoga Master Teacher, meditation guide, award-winning author, and founder of the first meditation-based stress management program at the renowned Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, CA. She developed Intro to Meditation at UCSD and has been associated with Rancho La Puerta since 1987. Michele was personally trained in Meditation by Raja Yoga Master Walt Baptiste.
