Total Body Fitness
Week of October 12, 2019
Sweat, strengthen, and stretch with Alison during a week filled with focus on your entire body and mind. Each class will have a strength and cardio component using Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, and more fun exercise equipment. Every class will end with a short but rejuvenating yoga inspired stretch.
Classes are:
