Victoria was born and raised in Northern California and has been teaching fitness for 22 years and you can say teaching has always been part of her path; from teaching CPR, lifeguarding, swim lessons and aqua therapy for children, she has always had a passion for helping others. Victoria has been a guest instructor many time for the Ranch, and loves the clarity that comes with a visit to the ranch.
Victoria started her own fitness studio nearly 10 years ago, and has since opened a day spa, gym, swim school and second fitness studio. With quarantine, Victoria has created a fully online studio with StudioV TV.com and continues to record, produce and create workouts for the virtual world.
Victoria is active in her local community, serving on multiple boards; Healthy Aging Association, Central Valley Professional Exchange as the President, and Women’s Education & Leadership League.
She has spoken at national conferences on the business of fitness, entrepreneurship, social media and branding. Victoria loves public speaking, meeting new people and inspiring people to believe in themselves.
Victoria loves animals, children, and the elderly. She has always worked with special populations with compassion, animated antics, and silliness to bring happiness at any stage of life.
Victoria’s hobbies include napping, reading books, and traveling to warm destinations so she can read more books and take more naps.
Victoria has aspirations to write a book, and reach more people to inspire our world to be kinder, confident and believe in their self-worth.
