Pack your bags and your sense of adventure — it’s time for our 15th Annual Family Week at The Ranch! This is the one magical week of the year when ages 13 and up are welcome to run, play, explore, and create unforgettable memories together. Teens, grand-teens, and adventurers will spend their days playing games, making art, exploring nature, and going on epic Ranch adventures. Meanwhile, grown-ups can hike, stretch out in yoga, get creative, and soak up some well-deserved spa time.

Evenings are for coming together — sharing delicious farm-to-table meals, laughing over games, and enjoying special family events under the Baja stars.

This week is all about joy, discovery, and connection. Whether you’re playing pickleball, dancing together after dinner, or hiking side by side, Family Adventure Camp is the perfect blend of fun, relaxation, and togetherness.

*To create the best possible experience, our Family Week Kids Program (ages 7–12) will have a limited number of spots. Keeping groups small helps ensure a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Adults and teens alike can take part in everything we offer, spend quality time apart, and have plenty of shared memorable experiences. Now in its 15th year, Family Week is beloved by many guests.

Nature

Hike, bird watch, exercise outdoors, discover ancient Native American campsites… all in our 4,000-acre nature sanctuary of mountains, oak forests, and meadows.

Visual Arts

Paint, draw, sculpt, our arts program is a favorite all year round, and this week we gear it to the whole family.

Healthy Cooking

Help bring in the summer harvest from our huge organic garden, and learn to cook fresh and easy in our world-class cooking school La Cocina Que Canta.

Fitness

We pride ourselves on our fitness program and for this week we created classes for families to enjoy together, or on their own.

Music

Keep the beat going with our drumming classes— and dance, sing, and enjoy world-class performances.

Mexico

Celebrate the people and traditions of Mexico. Enjoy our storyteller’s exciting tales. Learn to play in Spanish.

Quiet Time

Unplug so you can tune in… to each other. We’re only an hour from San Diego, yet The Ranch seems blissfully “worlds” apart.
