Postural Alignment Exercises
Do you slump, slouch, or tilt when you walk or sit? Keeping your spine in alignment can reduce the stress on your joints, lungs, and muscles and significantly affect your attitude. Rancho La Puerta has weekly classes including Pilates, Yoga, Postural Therapy, Strength Training, and Feldenkrais to help you keep your posture in alignment and your attitude in line. Instructor Neil Mallinson demonstrates a few of the exercises that you can do at home to help strengthen your core muscles and maintain healthy postural alignment.
