Tree Of Life The Living Legacy Of Edmond Szekely

If my society and the times I live in have lost their connection with life sustaining, life generating principles, then I must search for the truth in faraway places and in the remotest recesses of antiquity.
Edmond Szekely

Edmond Szekely’s books were reprinted throughout the ’60s and ’70s and could be found, tattered and worn, in the backpacks and on the bookshelves of countless participants in the counter-culture movement. His writings helped shape the emerging holistic health movement. This documentary captures the ideas and passion of a unique and radical teacher through a blend of historic archival stills, audio, and video. It includes a wealth of contemporary interviews and nature imagery filmed on location at Rancho La Puerta in Mexico.

Filmed on location at Rancho La Puerta, Tecate, Mexico, with music by Emmy award winner Gary Malkin.
