Tuesday, October 31st
4pm Day of the Dead Display and a Retelling of the Tradition in Mexico. The Mercado exhibits artisanal art of Mexico. Olga de la Vega tells us how this Mexican tradition is celebrated in San Luis Potosí and parts of Oaxaca. Join us for this colorful event and for guacamole & chips. Mercado’s Patio
8pm Concert: Classics and Originals for Flute and Piano and Exotic Winds honoring the Day of the Dead Festival, with Natalie Dalschaert and Brice Martin Oaktree

Wednesday, November 1st
7pm The Altar in the Day of the Dead Celebration explained by José Guadalupe Flores, Ph.D. Dining Hall

Thursday, November 2nd
5pm Farm to Altar (Pan de la Catrina) at La Cocina que Canta with Chef Reyna Venegas.  Register at Ext. 640/625/626. Fee. Depart 4:45 pm; return 7:30 pm. Meet at Admin. Bldg.

Friday, November 3rd
8pm Ballet Folklorico de Mexico performance at the local Tecate theater.
