The Fabulous Twin Fitness Duo

Coco and Connie are both graduates of Marquette University and are 40 year Fitness Industry veterans.   Both are committed to excellence in the exercise profession and are certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM); ACSM is one of the most highly recognized certifications in the industry and is considered gold standard.

In the early 90’s, Coco and Connie had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe as a Master Trainers educating other Instructors.  Upon their return to the States in 1994, Connie joined the Rancho La Puerta fitness team while Coco joined the fitness team at the Golden Door.   A year later Coco joined her sister as a member of the Ranch fitness team.  Their longevity at the Ranch they say is because they feel honored to be working with the motivated, positive, forward thinking individuals known as Ranch guests.
