Reading List: The Ranch Reads Spring 2017
This bounty of cookbooks for our Spring Ranch Reading List gives us an opportunity to celebrate the vibrant colors and varieties of greens blooming at Tres Estrellas, The Ranch’s organic six-acre farm and home to our cooking school, La Cocina Que Canta. Spring and summer are the perfect opportunities to attend a cooking class with one of these amazing chefs during your stay at The Ranch. Though not all these books are strictly vegetarian, they will help take your next meal and cooking skills to another level.
