Bring a reusable water bottle – Stay hydrated and refreshed throughout your day, whether you’re hiking, stretching, dancing, or refilling at one of our many water stations. 

Wear a wide-brimmed hat – Shield yourself from the Baja sun during outdoor activities. 

• Wear appropriate shoes – Support your feet with proper footwear for hikes, lounging, or pickleball. 

Apply (and reapply) sunscreen – Especially before hikes, pool time, or outdoor yoga.

Hit the Trails: Hiking Adventures 

Greet the day with sunrise light and the sound of your steps on the trail. Whether you’re seeking a meditative stroll or a cardio-pumping climb, there’s a hike to match your pace: 

  • Pilgrim Trail – A soul-stirring challenge (3.5 or 4.5 miles) 
  • Alex’s Oak Trail – Golden hour magic on this 2-mile path 
  • Coyote Trail – Elevate your heartbeat with a 5.5-mile loop 
  • Garden Breakfast Hike – Reward your effort with an organic morning feast 
  • Meditation Hike – Move mindfully through rolling hills 
  • Indigenous Wisdom Walk – Learn, walk, and listen in nature’s classroom.
