Session 3: Emotions and Self-Compassion – We will look at how we can observe our “stories” with compassion, curiosity and courage and acknowledge all emotions that enable positive self-regard.

Session 4: A Roadmap for Creating Your Personal Vision/Mission – Developing our vision and mission can be one of the most powerful and impactful things we do in your lives. All the goals and decisions we will make in the future will be based on this fluid document. It will be our North Star.

Session 5: Personal Mastery and Well Being – We will walk through a framework that will help us sustain personal discoveries and insights as we reflect on our entire time at the Ranch.

Inner Fitness Program

DAY 1: Trusting Your Intuition
Unleash your potential in an enlightening session on trusting your intuition. We live in a world where logic and left-brain thinking reigns supreme, yet most of us have made decisions based on hunches or gut-feels where we can’t necessarily explain how we made these choices. Wouldn’t you like to live in a world that values both the logical and the intuitive? In this session we will learn about tapping into your innate abilities. Just as your remaining senses heighten when you lose one, intuition grows stronger when logic takes a step back. We all share these remarkable abilities; and emotions and bodily feeling are signals that reveal our inner states and information about the world around us. Learn to recognize when your intuition speaks.

DAY 2: What is Your “Why”?
I believe we each have special gifts that we are charged with bringing into the world.  These gifts are our “why”: why we were brought into this world, why we wake up in the morning and why the world needs these gifts.  So, what makes you special?   What are you good at doing?  What makes you proud?  What brings you joy?  We will explore our own individual purposes, by tapping into each era of our lives and noting what made us shine.  Rolling those special moments up, we will explore the themes that arise and make plans to bring our “why’s” into the world.

DAY 3: How to Get What You Want: Banish the “Yeah, Buts”
Change your thinking to get what you want and deserve.  So many times, we reach out to get what we want only to talk ourselves out of it later.  We stop ourselves because we fear standing out, or we believe our own negative self-talk.  We will explore this self-talk in a safe way, looking at how these ways of thinking served to keep us safe when we were younger. By re-writing the rules for a new era in your life you can begin to move confidently toward bringing your gifts into the world.

DAY 4: Anatomy of a Calling
Callings are often thought of as an exceptional skill in certain areas, but can also mean exceptional passion, even in an area in which we have little to no skill.  We each have a seed of a calling in us. Have you ever heard someone talking, or read a book, or worked with a group of people, and inexplicably felt such an urgency to learn or help more? We will explore “callings” and the idea that we were made for something big, and we will work together to see how we can bring some of our callings into our lives.

DAY 5: Your Ideal Day
So many times, we settle for less.  We decorate our homes to match someone else’s style, we work at boring jobs because they have good benefits, we socialize with people who don’t really “get” us, we eat food we don’t enjoy, and we spend time just pretending to care about things just because other people do.  In this class, I will take you on a group journey to discover your ideal day.  With no constraints, what would your ideal day include?  Would you wake up in Parisian pied-à-terre, or in a Brazilian tree-house?  Will you dress in flip-flops and a flowing skirt, or a tailored suit? Who is on the guest list for lunch? Maybe Oprah, Gandhi, extended family, or maybe just a quiet lunch with yourself? Get ready to play and dream big dreams! After our journey, we will note themes and explore ways to make these dreams into reality.

Inhabit Your Joy

Fall in Love With Your Life
Move out of survival mode to step boldly into your very best life.
Transformation happens when we realize that there is more to this life than just getting by, one check-list at a time. In this session, you’ll explore how to move out of survival mode to step boldly into the spotlight of your life with more awareness, more possibility, and more joy.

Get Rooted
What if there was more to life than logic or certainty? If we’ve learned anything over the last few years, it is that we need to build our capacity to navigate the ups and downs of life. In this session, you’ll learn 3 ways to be more grounded, present, and focused on what matters most so that you can create a strong inner foundation.

Prioritize THIS. Not That
Focus on what matters. Set strong boundaries. You hear this all the time. But, how do you know what to prioritize? The secret is that you need to know what actually matters to you. In this session, you’ll explore how to align to and embody your core values – the traits that make you uniquely YOU. .

Get Curious
When was the last time you weren’t trying to change something about yourself? What if you could move out of fixing mode, not-enoughness, and past or future thinking and be guided by curiosity and compassion? In this session you’ll explore the practice of identifying, naming, and investigating the stories you tell yourself. You’ll make room for a new narrative grounded in your own inner wisdom and love.

Say YES to Your Aliveness
Release the past and future to create space for living your ideal life. Get out of your head and step boldly into your heart. Embrace your inner storyteller to visualize and manifest what feels most delicious in your heart. Create your own personal roadmap, guided by your inner strength and wisdom, to write the next chapter in your life.

Come learn by doing in this experiential workshop on the power of preparation.  No matter the area of life: business, relationships, health, wealth, fitness, etc… Our deepest intentions can be found in preparation.  Spoiler alert: sometimes preparation means “not doing”
Note: Preparation is the 1st of 5 steps to True Transformation.

Finding Your Inner Compass – Exploration of your deepest truth

Note: Exploration is the 2nd step of True Transformation.

Purification & Detoxification – Letting go for a Higher Purpose
Let’s “detox” together and decipher what is no longer serving you on your path towards transforming for your greatest potential.  The science of letting go and the process of emotional movement is a skill that can be implemented.
Note: Purification is the 3rd  step of True Transformation.

Implementation & Increasing Risk Tolerance to Actualize What You Desire.
There is a science behind removing those invisible barriers to action.  Come ready to learn and “do” in this accountability-based workshop.
Note: Implementation is the 4th step of True Transformation.

The Power and Science of Manifestation!
The world WILL come to meet you as you walk in the path of a manifestation guru.  This workshop based learning experience will move you in the direction of your deepest desires.
Note: Manifestation is the 5th step of True Transformation.

True Transformation Sequential Workshops: If a Ranch guest elects to do the 5 workshops sequentially, they will build each day on the day before, yet each individual workshop can stand alone to provide participants with new knowledge, an experiential process and clear homework “exercises” to deepen that element of inner fitness.

Inner Fitness: Making the Unconscious Conscious for Greater Happiness & Connection

Attitude Awareness Tune-Up
Sometimes we can go on auto-pilot and feel like life is happening to us. Our mind tricks us into believing we have limited or no choice in a matter which is overwhelming. What if you could tap into more choice and feel more at ease? Join us to learn a simple yet powerful practical concept for feeling more empowered.

Slay Your Inner Critic
Our brains can be our best friends or our worst enemies. And since our brain has a natural negative bias (out of survival needs) our negative voices can be very draining and keep us from living the life we want. Join us to learn how to mitigate the impact of your inner critic and quickly recover back to your true authentic self.

Stuck Inside the Box? How to Get Out and Connect with Others
A good clue you’re “in the box” is when you feel emotionally charged/reactive, energy  depletion or just misunderstood. In this session we will focus on 4 boxes we put ourselves in unconsciously and how that impacts our own inner peace and our connections with others, plus you will learn new tools to get you unstuck!

Drop the Drama and Create Better Relationships
All good stories have 3 types of characters: victim, villain and hero. This dynamic makes for great entertainment, but we’re often unaware that we’re playing these roles in our personal lives. While it can provide short-term payoffs (like being “right”), the costs of maintaining unhealthy relationships are far greater. Join us in learning a fun process that will help you know when you are on the drama game board and how to get off.

(Re)Claim Your Authentic Self
We operate in a rapid-fire world; skimming, sprinting, and stuffing as much as we can into each day – and then we wonder why our gas tank is empty at the end. In this final session, you will learn a simple process that can bring you greater energy and clarity so you can lead a more purposeful life.

Inner Fitness: Bigger, Better, Braver

Is there something you’d love to do but haven’t found the courage? Do you want to give yourself over to the fullest possible experience of living? Would you like a healthier relationship with yourself and others?

Bigger, Better, Braver is a five-step journey to find the answers, beginning with listening to the quiet voice inside the head that tells you, you want more for your life. Living big is truly its own reward. The “bigger” is your definition and yours alone, a declaration to the Universe you are worthy and ready to take advantage of the great life you’ve been given.

Each of the five lessons offers you tools and a deeper understanding of who you are and what has been standing in your way.

Session 1: Setting Healthy Boundaries – Say Yes to You
Are you a people pleaser and/or conflict avoider? Do you believe self-care is selfish? By avoiding setting healthy boundaries, you chose long-term unhappiness over short term discomfort. Boundaries are key to feeling more self-love, emotionally whole, and more at peace.

Session 2: Why live Bigger?
We were all put on this earth to be all we can be. We enter this world ready to be anything and everything but little by little we shut parts of ourselves away, and as adults we continue to listen to the inner critic who no longer serves us. It is the voice that says: “play small to stay safe,” or “we aren’t good enough” or we need to “control everything to stay safe.”

I will help you uncover the disempowering belief and unconscious commitment that are keeping you from living the life of your dreams. You will form a new empowering belief to support you in living bigger, better and braver.

Session 3:  Stop the Cycle of Self-Sabotage
You will learn to modify your disempowering thoughts and behaviors and recognize the drivers and triggers that keep you staying small and undermine your efforts to move powerfully forward.

Session 4: Incompletions
When you get out of auto pilot and take an honest look at your life, you can discover what’s holding you back, weighing you down, and robbing you of your agility. We call these “incompletions.”

Incompletions are actions we haven’t taken in the past that create a barrier in the present. They are the stuff we’re still carrying with us we’ve not put to rest. Incompletions drain us, and/or we use them to beat ourselves up.

You’ll look at how incompletions show up in your life, externally and internally, and what you can do to turn them in to completions.

Session 5: The Essentials of Living Relationally
Living relationally means cultivating the daily practice of Full Respect Living with yourself and with others at the same time. As a coach with Terry Real and Relational Life Therapy, I will help you cultivate loving practices and healthy intimacy. Nothing is more important in our lives than our relationships. A great relationship will boost your immune system and keep your vibrant and engaged. I think this session is a must for everyone.

Coaching others to step out of fear and into bigger versions of themselves is her passion.

Curiosity Unleashed: Harnessing the Power of Inquiry

Session 1: How to Be with Yourself
We will explore what it means to be truly present with oneself and examine what might get in the way. As Daniel Levin wisely stated, “To straighten what is crooked, you must first straighten yourself.” By aligning with oneself, the world can appear in a whole new light. Whether you are visiting the ranch alone or simply seeking more time for self-reflection, this session will provide valuable insights and tools to help you manage yourself first.

Session 2: Being with Others – Really Getting Curious When You’re with Others
During this session, we’ll explore how to approach relationships from a place of curiosity, rather than judgment or assumption. We’ll delve into attachment styles & love languages and how they impact relationships. By the end of the session, you’ll feel empowered with new insights and tools to deepen your relationships and strengthen connections with those around you.

Session 3: The Gift of Inquiry-Strengths and Saboteurs
Do you know your strengths and how to leverage them to achieve your goals? What about your saboteurs – those negative thoughts and behaviors that get in the way? In this session, we’ll discuss coaching tools to help overcome the negative patterns that may have been holding you back, while also learning how to tap into your strengths to achieve success.

Session 4: Design Your Life at Any Age and Stage
We’ll explore the phases of design thinking and you’ll learn tools for getting “unstuck”. This session is designed for all generations and will address the unique challenges and perspectives of each. Don’t miss this opportunity to design the life you truly want.

Session 5: The Secret to Living in Flow
In this final session, we will explore what happens when things don’t go as planned. We will discuss how to get back into the flow after a bad day or setback and share tips for getting back on track. This session will provide valuable insights and tools to help you stay on course towards a more fulfilling life.

Inner Fitness: Design Your Life

Choose Your Perspective
Sometimes we feel like is happening to us and we have no choice about our day to day experience. We feel powerless and overwhelmed. In reality, however, we are creating our lives in each and every moment through the way we view or experiences and the choices we make. When we are at choice, we create an experience of being fully alive, empowered and free.

Thoughts Matter
We can say such mean things to ourselves; things we would never say to a friend or loved one! Our inner dialog really matters because our thoughts impact our feelings and our feelings guide our actions. When we are able to shift negative thought patterns to ones that are loving and nurturing, we can slay our inner critic and ignite our life in exciting new ways.

Emotional Fluency
So often, we shove our emotions aside or stuff them deep inside. Yet, our emotions are a window into our truth and having access to a full range of emotions is an important part of  living a powerful and deeply satisfying life. When we develop emotional fluency,  we are able to navigate our emotional world with greater ease and bring greater energy and resonance to the whole of our life.

Know Your Values
Our personal values represent our unique and individual essence and serve as a compass for how to be true to ourselves. When we honor our values, life is rich and fulfilling. Knowing and honoring our personal values is key to building self-worth, self-confidence and becoming the authors of our own life story.

Create Your Best Life
Taking ownership of our life story is a critical part of creating a life that we love and, just like we plan our finances and design our homes, we can design a life that we love.  Giving voice to our deepest longings can point us and conscious action can guide us in manifesting our best life, one that is rich with fulfillment, balance, self-expression and joy!
