Nestled in the heart of our six-acre farm, La Cocina Que Canta, our culinary center, celebrates the art of cooking with freshly harvested organic ingredients. Ranch guests can participate in weekly cooking classes and dinners led by internationally renowned guest chefs and cookbook authors such as Deborah Madison, John Ash, Patricia Wells, and Anne Willan. Or you may want to join our resident Chef, Reyna Vanegas, for one of her seasonal classes or embark on an enchanting journey to the picturesque Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California’s famed winemaking region.
