Breathwork
A practice that involves intentionally changing breathing patterns to promote mental, physical, and emotional well-being. It can help with stress, mood, and pain, and may also improve sleep, blood pressure, and overall health.
Pickleball
This is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Played with a paddle and a plastic ball, outdoors on a slightly modified tennis court.
Aerial Yoga
Stretch, relax, and unwind in silk hammocks suspended close to the ground.
Water Flow Therapy
Through a series of gentle movements, you are guided through a treatment that is as beneficial for the body as it is for the heart and mind.
