Water Flow Therapy
This treatment calms the nervous system reducing stress levels, anxiety and promoting better sleep. Physiological benefits include decreased heart rate, blood pressure, muscle spasticity, and pain levels. You will feel more relaxed, flexible, and reconnected. With the use of a nose clip there is also the option of being submerged underwater; a truly unforgettable experience.
Reflexology on The Spiral
A walk over smooth river stones set into spiraling stone pathways located near the entrance to the Women’s Health Center. (Self-guided.)
Sound Healing
Crystal bowls emit pure sound waves that resonate throughout the body’s tissues and organs. These sounds and vibrations affect brain wave activity causing the release of powerful neurohormones that suppress pain, heighten the immune system, and produce deep relaxation. Additional sound instruments may be used such as Tibetan bowls, a sea drum, koshi bells, a gong, and other instruments at the instructor’s discretion.
Restorative Yoga
“being in the moment.” A beautiful practice for relaxation, restoration, and renewal.
Silent Dinner
A meditative meal enjoyed without conversation.
